AI video extender
Extend AI videos into longer scenes
Most AI video models stop after a few seconds. Framevine continues a clip from its last frame, lets you try several continuations side by side, and keeps every take on one canvas.
Start creatingHow it works
-
Generate your first clip
Describe a scene or start from an image, and pick a video model. This clip becomes the anchor for everything that follows.
-
Extend from the last frame
Choose Extend on the finished clip and describe what happens next. The new clip picks up where the last one ended.
-
Branch alternate continuations
Not happy with the continuation? Extend the same clip again with a different prompt. Each attempt is its own branch, so nothing is overwritten.
-
Assemble the longer scene
Add your favourite continuations to the timeline, trim them, and export one finished video.
Frequently asked questions
How do I make a longer AI video?
Generate a clip, then extend it from its last frame with a new prompt. Repeat for as many segments as you need, then combine them on the timeline into a single video.
Which models can extend a video?
Extension is available on models that accept a source video, currently Kling 3 Pro and Kling 3 Standard. The model picker in the composer shows which models support it.
How long is each extension?
It depends on the model. Kling 3 offers 5 or 10 second clips, so each extension adds one of those lengths.
Will the extended clip look consistent?
Continuing from the last frame keeps the scene closely related, but AI models can still drift in faces, lighting or motion. Branch a few continuations and keep the best one.
Can I try more than one continuation?
Yes. Every extension is a branch on the thread canvas, so you can compare alternatives and only add the winner to your timeline.
