Make AI videos from Claude and ChatGPT

Framevine is coming to the AI assistants you already use. Connect your account once, then ask Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code or Cursor to generate, extend and assemble videos on your Framevine canvas.

How it works

  1. Connect your account

Add Framevine as a connector or MCP server and sign in once. You choose what the assistant can do and how many credits it can spend each day.

  2. Ask for what you want

Describe a scene in chat. The assistant picks a model, checks the credit cost and starts the generation for you.

  3. Iterate in conversation

Ask for another take, edit an image, turn it into video or extend a clip, using your @references to keep characters consistent.

  4. Finish on the timeline

Have the assistant place clips on your timeline and render the final video, then open the thread in Framevine to fine-tune it.

Frequently asked questions

What is the Framevine MCP server?

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the open standard AI assistants use to connect to apps. The Framevine MCP server will let assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT work with your Framevine account after a secure sign-in.

When will it be available?

We're building it now. Until then, everything it will do is already available in the Framevine web app.

Which apps will it work with?

Claude (web, desktop and Claude Code), ChatGPT, Cursor and other apps that support remote MCP servers.

Can an assistant spend my credits without limits?

No. Each connection will have a daily credit limit you set, and you can disconnect it at any time from your account settings. Assistants can't charge your card: buying credits always happens on a checkout page you open yourself.

Will it cost extra?

No. Generations started from an assistant use the same credits and prices as the web app.
