What to include

The email address on your Framevine account and a short description of what you expected and what happened. For a generation problem, add the thread name or the time it ran. Never send your password; we will never ask for it.

Credits and billing

Your balance and usage are on the Account settings and Billing pages. Credits are charged when a generation starts, and failed generations are refunded automatically. If a charge looks wrong, email us with the date and amount.

Connecting an AI app (MCP)

Framevine works with MCP-compatible apps such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and Claude Code. Setup steps are on the Integrations page, and the server address is https://mcp.framevine.com/mcp.

You can see every connected app, set a daily credit limit for it, and disconnect it in your Account settings. Disconnecting stops that app from acting on your account immediately.

Account and data requests

To delete your account or ask what we hold about you, email us from the address on the account. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

Reporting content

To report content or behavior that breaks our Acceptable Use Policy, email us with a link or a description of where you saw it.
